Very bad service and 0 client orientation. I wait for my package since 16 of February (today is 24th), on site everything was available, no pre-orders. No one pickup phone, manager via instagram replies very rare and without interest. My order was pre-paid, but haven’t delivered yet. Probably after review you will call me and explain the situation. First time I face with such indifference to a client.
Serviciu foarte slab și 0 concentrare pe client. Îmi aștept coletul din 16 februarie (azi este 24), totul era pe stoc pe site, nu există precomenzi. Nimeni nu ridică telefonul; managerul răspunde prin Instagram foarte rar și fără interes. Comanda mea a fost plătită, dar nu a fost încă livrată. Probabil, după o analiză, mă vei suna și îmi vei explica situația. Este prima dată când întâlnesc o asemenea indiferență față de un client.
